Ltd has announced a delay in the publication of details regarding the disposal of a 5% stake in Ruashi SAS due to the need for extended time to complete local administrative procedures in the DRC. The new expected date for this announcement is now set for around 30 September 2024, as the company works to finalize the transfer and renewal of the Mining Permit.
