Ltd has announced the resignation of Mr. Liu Jian as a non-executive Director and a board committee member, effective from 30 June 2024, attributing his departure to a desire to focus on personal endeavors. The company has expressed appreciation for Mr. Liu’s contributions and simultaneously reported the appointment of Ms. Han Ruixia to the audit committee, which is also effective from the same date.
