Jiayuan Services Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of their auditors, Elite Partners CPA Limited, due to a regulatory decision and an ongoing investigation into abnormal transactions within the company. The Board has appointed RSM Hong Kong as the new auditors, effective from 10 September 2024, with the change expected to delay financial reporting. Trading of the company’s shares will continue to be suspended until further notice.
