Jiayin Group ( (JFIN) ) has issued an update.
Jiayin Group reported on March 31, 2026 that its fourth-quarter 2025 results were hit by China’s newly implemented regulatory framework, with loan facilitation volume in the period falling 12.6% year on year to RMB24.2 billion and net revenue down 22.4%. Net income for the quarter dropped 63.5% to RMB100.6 million as the company deliberately prioritized asset quality over scale amid sector-wide liquidity tightening and heightened risk volatility.
For full-year 2025, however, Jiayin posted solid growth, with loan facilitation volume rising 28.0% to RMB129.0 billion and net revenue up 7.3% to RMB6,222.2 million, while net income climbed to RMB1,535.7 million from RMB1,056.5 million in 2024. Management highlighted its “compliance-first” strategy, AI-enhanced risk tools and overseas expansion as drivers of higher operating income and a larger contribution from repeat borrowers, positioning the group for longer-term resilience despite near-term regulatory headwinds and lower cash balances at year-end.
The most recent analyst rating on (JFIN) stock is a Buy with a $7.50 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Jiayin Group stock, see the JFIN Stock Forecast page.
