Ltd. has announced a significant connected transaction where its subsidiary, Jiaran Construction, will provide landscape construction services to Yancheng Xingzhou for RMB 14.98 million. The project involves construction for a residential development in Jiangsu Province and is expected to be completed within 300 days from July 9, 2024.
