JiaXing Gas Group Co., Ltd. has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.4 per share for the year ended 31 December 2023, which will be paid out at HKD 0.4397 per share due to updated exchange rates. Shareholders must be registered by June 18, 2024, to be eligible for the dividend, which will be paid on July 5, 2024. Non-resident individuals and enterprises will be subject to withholding tax rates of 10% or 20% depending on their domicile country’s tax treaty with the PRC.
