Jiangxi Copper Company Limited has declared a final dividend of RMB 6 per 10 shares for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2023, with a shareholder approval date on 06 June 2024. Shareholders will receive dividends in Hong Kong Dollars at the rate of HKD 6.593 per 10 shares, subject to a 10% withholding tax for non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders. Payment is scheduled for 18 July 2024, following an ex-dividend date of 13 June 2024.
