Jiangsu Recbio Technology Co., Ltd. has announced a key corporate change with Ms. HO Yin Kwan resigning as the joint company secretary and process agent, effective June 18, 2024. She will be replaced by Ms. YUNG Mei Yee, while Ms. CHEN Qingqing will continue as the other joint company secretary. The company has been granted a waiver from strict compliance with certain Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules until March 2025, provided Ms. CHEN gains the requisite experience with Ms. HO’s assistance.
