Jiangsu Expressway’s wholly owned subsidiary, Jiangsu Ninghu Investment Development, has invested RMB500 million of internal funds into the Nanjing Luode Huizhi Equity Investment Partnership, a private equity fund with a total size capped at RMB1.5 billion and a term now extended to 3 August 2030. The extension is intended to support the orderly exit of existing portfolio projects and safeguard expected investment returns and partner interests.
As of the announcement date, Ninghu Investment has recovered RMB139.8615 million from the fund, which has made rolling investments in 10 projects, with 4 already exited and 6 remaining. The progress update signals that the fund has begun generating cash returns while still holding a significant number of active investments, underscoring Jiangsu Expressway’s continued use of financial investment vehicles to complement its core infrastructure operations and enhance long-term value for stakeholders.
