Jiangsu Expressway Nominates New Director and Supervisor

Jiangsu Expressway Co (HK:0177) has released an update.

Jiangsu Expressway Co has proposed the appointment of Ms. Xie Mengmeng as a non-executive director and Mr. Shen Zhiyuan as a non-employee representative supervisor. Both nominees boast impressive backgrounds with extensive experience in management and political affairs and are currently affiliated with Jiangsu Communications Holding, the company’s controlling shareholder. Their terms are expected to commence following the 2024 second extraordinary general meeting and conclude at the 2026 annual general meeting.
