Jiangsu Expressway Co has rescheduled its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to 25 November 2024, allowing more time to prepare the necessary documents. Consequently, the registration period for transfers of H shares has been adjusted to accommodate this change. Shareholders interested in participating must ensure their share transfer details are submitted by 4 November 2024.
