Jiangsu Expressway Co ( (HK:0177) ) just unveiled an update.
Jiangsu Expressway has approved a further cash capital injection of RMB128.18 million into its subsidiary Jiangsu Danjin Expressway Co., which is responsible for the Danyang to Jintan section of the Fuli Expressway project. Selected construction contractors for the Danjin project will also join as social capital contributors with RMB458.69 million, lifting Danjin’s registered capital by RMB586.86 million to RMB5.83 billion and slightly diluting Jiangsu Expressway’s stake but strengthening the project’s funding base.
The board confirmed that the capital increase, following a larger RMB2.64 billion pro rata injection earlier in 2025, is neither a related party transaction nor a material asset restructuring under Shanghai and Hong Kong listing rules. The move underscores Jiangsu Expressway’s continued build-out of its toll road portfolio and signals steady progress on a key regional corridor, with implications for long-term traffic growth, earnings contribution, and alignment with local transport development plans.
The most recent analyst rating on (HK:0177) stock is a Hold with a HK$10.20 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Jiangsu Expressway Co stock, see the HK:0177 Stock Forecast page.
