Jiangsu Expressway Company Limited successfully held its board meeting, approving the 2024 Interim Report and its publication across various platforms, and the general manager’s work report for the first half of 2024. Additionally, the company agreed to extend the terms of its medium-term notes and corporate bonds to a maximum of 30 years, subject to general meeting approval and the execution of related contracts by the Board and authorized executive directors.
