Jiande International Holdings Ltd. announces a reshuffle in its board composition as Mr. Zhang Senquan steps down as an independent non-executive director to focus on other commitments, and Ms. Zhu Aiping steps in to fill the role and lead the audit committee from December 6, 2024. Ms. Zhu, an accomplished academic and certified public accountant from China, brings a wealth of experience to the table. Additionally, Mr. Yang Quan has been appointed to the nomination and remuneration committees.
