JF Wealth Holdings Ltd has announced plans to rebrand as JF SmartInvest Holdings Ltd to better reflect their focus and strategic planning in the securities application software and financial technology sector. This proposed change of company name is contingent upon approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on June 20, 2024, and the subsequent approval from the Cayman Islands Registrar of Companies. Shareholder rights and share trading will remain unaffected by this change, with current share certificates remaining valid.
