JF Wealth Holdings Signs Major Tech Procurement Deal

JF Wealth Holdings Ltd (HK:9636) has released an update.

JF Wealth Holdings Ltd’s subsidiary, JF Information, has entered into an agreement with Yinke Chuangzhan to procure information systems and software for their business operations. The transaction, involving a fee cap of RMB27 million, is considered a connected transaction under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules but does not require independent shareholders’ approval. The procurement will include systems for market quotes, call management, information security, and human resource management.
