JF Wealth Holdings Ltd has officially rebranded to JF SmartInvest Holdings Ltd, following a special resolution passed by shareholders and certificates issued by the Cayman Islands and Hong Kong registrars. The company’s stock short name on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will also change from ‘JF WEALTH’ to ‘JF SMARTINVEST’, effective July 30, 2024, while the stock code remains the same. This rebranding will not affect shareholder rights, share trading, or the company’s operations and financial position.
