Jervois Global Limited, currently in liquidation, has been approved for removal from the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) effective 30 June 2025. This decision follows the execution of a deed of company arrangement (DOCA) and creditors’ trust deed (CTD) aimed at resolving the company’s financial obligations. Creditors with Admitted Claims will receive distributions from the Creditors’ Trust Fund, but shareholders are not eligible for these distributions. The remaining funds after distributions will be used to wind up the company, with any residual amounts returned to a new entity, NewCo.
