Jervois Global ( (AU:JRV) ) just unveiled an update.
Jervois Global Limited, currently in liquidation, has executed a Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA) to transfer its principal assets and businesses to New JRV Topco Holdings LLC and its subsidiaries. This restructuring allows NewCo to assume operations and manage the majority of Jervois’s contracts, while a Creditors’ Trust has been established for claims not transferred. The liquidation process will continue under appointed liquidators, with plans to delist Jervois from stock exchanges.
