Jervois Global Limited has announced the extension of financial covenant waivers and interest deferral for its Idaho Cobalt Operations Bonds and the Jervois Finland Working Capital Facility until 6 September 2024. This move, approved by the majority bondholder, allows the company to continue commercial discussions aimed at strengthening its balance sheet. The terms of the ICO Bonds, including coupon, security, and guarantee arrangements, remain unchanged except for the waivers and deferral.
