Jervois Global Limited has announced an extension of the financial covenants waiver and a deferral of interest payments for its US$100 million ICO senior secured bonds. The bondholder has supported this extension, originally due on 20 July 2024, to 20 August 2024, and has also consented to delay the associated interest payment. These moves come as part of Jervois’ efforts to strengthen its balance sheet, with the bondholder voting in favor of the waiver and no changes to the bond terms proposed.
