Jervois Global Limited has requested a trading halt on its shares as it prepares to announce an extension of waivers for certain covenants and a proposed deferral of interest payments on its US$100 million ICO Bonds. The halt will remain until either the announcement is made or trading resumes on Wednesday, 24 July 2024. This move is in anticipation of providing investors with significant information regarding the company’s financial maneuvers related to its Idaho Cobalt Operations.
