Jervois Global Limited has requested a trading halt on its shares as it prepares to announce an extension of waivers for certain covenants and a proposed deferral of interest payments on its US$100 million ICO Bonds. The halt will remain until either the announcement is made or trading resumes on Wednesday, 24 July 2024.
