Jersey Electricity PLC has announced changes to its board of directors as part of its succession planning. Alan Bryce will retire from the Board on December 31, 2024, and will be succeeded by Tony Taylor as Senior Independent Director and Phil Austin as Chair of the Nominations Committee effective January 1, 2025. Roger Blundell and Iman Hill will also join the Audit and Risk Committee and the Nominations Committee on the same date.
