Cult Food Science’s subsidiary, Jellatech, has been selected to join the Bezos Earth Fund’s new $30 million research center at N.C. State to foster sustainable protein production. This inclusion highlights Jellatech’s efforts in cellular agriculture research and aligns with the company’s goal to create protein alternatives without using animals. Cult Food Science previously invested in Jellatech and partnered to develop collagen-enhanced pet foods.
