JD Logistics, Inc. has announced that Ms. Jennifer Ngar-Wing Yu will resign from her roles as an independent non-executive Director and member of the Audit and Nomination Committees effective August 15, 2024, due to other business commitments. In her stead, Dr. Lin Ye and Mr. Yang Zhang have been appointed to the Audit and Nomination Committees, respectively. The company expressed its appreciation for Yu’s valuable contributions during her tenure.
