JD Logistics, Inc. has announced board changes effective June 28, 2024, with Mr. Liming Wang stepping down due to other commitments, and Dr. Lin Ye joining as an independent non-executive Director and member of both the Remuneration and Nomination Committees. Dr. Ye, a seasoned law professional with extensive experience and numerous publications, will serve a three-year term and be eligible for re-election at the Company’s next annual general meeting.
