JD Health Shareholders Approve AGM Resolutions

JD Health International, Inc. (HK:6618) has released an update.

JD Health International Inc. announced that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting on June 21, 2024, were passed by shareholders’ votes. Key resolutions included adopting the audited financial statements, re-electing independent non-executive directors, and authorizing the board to fix director remuneration and auditor’s fees. Additionally, mandates were approved for the allotment, issue, and repurchase of shares, as well as an extension to issue new shares.
