JB Foods Ltd. has enhanced its leadership team with the appointment of Mr. Sho Kian Hin as an Independent Director, effective 23 July 2024. Mr. Sho will chair both the Audit and Nominating Committees and serve as a member of the Remuneration and Risk Management Committees, reinforcing the company’s governance structure. The Board has expressed confidence in Mr. Hin’s independence and his detailed particulars have been released concurrently with the announcement.
