Jaywing Director’s Shareholding Unchanged Post Transfer

Jaywing (GB:JWNG) has released an update.

Jaywing PLC has reported that Non-Executive Director Ian Robinson’s total beneficial shareholding remains unchanged at 470,267 shares after his wife, Patricia Robinson, transferred the same number of ordinary shares to her ISA account. The transfer, described as a Bed and ISA transaction, involved the sale and repurchase of the shares at slightly different prices but did not affect the overall holding, which represents 0.50% of the company’s issued share capital.
