Jayride Group Limited has announced the issue of 34 million new unexercised options at $0.05, set to expire on December 31, 2027. These securities are currently unquoted and not intended for quotation on the ASX. The notification, which is part of a transaction previously communicated in an Appendix 3B, was released on April 26, 2024.
