Jaxsta Limited has reported a change in the substantial holding by RealWise Group Holdings Pty Ltd, with a decrease in voting power from 34.40% to 31.42% following participation in an Entitlements Offer and dilution from the conversion of options and convertible notes by other parties. The change occurred on July 10, 2024, and involved a consideration of $1,703,045. No new associates have been reported in relation to the substantial holder’s voting interests in the company.
