Jaxsta Limited has announced a fully underwritten entitlement offer to raise approximately A$7.65 million through a 1-for-15.5 share offer at A$0.10 per new share. The offer is structured in two components: an institutional entitlement offer, which has already raised A$4.26 million, and a retail entitlement offer open to eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand.
