Jasper Investments Limited has successfully concluded its capital raising efforts, securing over S$22 million from strategic investors, to support the company’s core business expansion and foray into AI and FinTech solutions for the maritime industry. Additionally, the company has acquired a majority stake in Prosper Excel Engineering Pte. Ltd., an established maritime sector firm, aiming to capitalize on the global maritime growth momentum. Jasper Investments also anticipates generating revenue from its AI-enabled maritime FinTech offerings within the current financial year.
