Jasper Investments Limited has announced an extension of the deadline, known as the Long-Stop Date, to finalize its acquisition of a 51% stake in Prosper Excel Engineering Pte. Ltd. The extension will provide the company with additional time to complete necessary formalities, including obtaining shareholder approval for the S$7.5 million deal. This update follows previous announcements regarding the company’s fundraising and debt capitalization efforts to support its operations and future endeavors.
