Jasper Investments Approves New Auditors

At the recent Extraordinary General Meeting held by Jasper Investments Limited, shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favor of appointing RT LLP as the company’s auditors, with 99.99% of votes supporting the resolution. The appointment reflects the shareholders’ confidence in RT LLP to handle the company’s financial auditing responsibilities. The meeting, which saw active shareholder participation, did not require any shareholder to abstain from voting.
