Matthew William Peter Grant has reported a change in his shareholding in Jarvis Securities plc, with direct ownership of 1,795,675 shares following the acquisition of voting rights previously held by the late Florence Elizabeth Grant. This change results in a combined direct and indirect voting rights ownership of 6.25% for Mr. Grant in the company.
