Jarvis Securities Reports Major Share Ownership Change

Jarvis Securities (GB:JIM) has released an update.

Jarvis Securities has announced a significant change in share ownership due to Malcolm Edward John Grant acquiring voting rights over shares previously held by the late Florence Elizabeth Grant. The total voting rights now directly and indirectly controlled by Grant amount to 6.28% of the company, following the inheritance of 1,752,585 shares and combining them with his existing holdings.
