The latest announcement is out from Jardine Matheson Holdings ( (GB:JARB) ).

Jardine Matheson Holdings has repurchased 60,000 of its ordinary shares on 30 January 2026, paying a weighted average price of US$73.1434 per share, with the highest and lowest prices at US$73.82 and US$72.8994 respectively. The shares bought back will be cancelled, leaving the company with an issued share capital of 294,505,578 ordinary shares, each carrying one vote, and no treasury shares, a move that slightly reduces the share count and may enhance earnings per share while clarifying the total voting rights for shareholders’ disclosure obligations under UK transparency rules.
