Jardine Cycle & Carriage announced that Group Managing Director and Executive Director Benjamin Birks will step down following the company’s annual general meeting on 30 April 2026, ending more than six years in the role. Chairman Samuel Tsien credited Birks with strengthening the portfolio companies’ market presence across their respective countries, and the company said a successor will be named in due course, signaling an upcoming leadership transition that could shape JC&C’s strategic direction in its key Southeast Asian markets.
