At the recent Annual General Meeting, Japfa Ltd. announced shareholder approval for all proposed resolutions, with the exception of one concerning the re-election of a director, which was withdrawn. The resolutions included the adoption of financial statements and the re-election of several board members, with an overwhelmingly favorable vote exceeding 95% for all passed resolutions.
