Janison Education Group Ltd. has announced that the incoming CEO, Ms. Sujata Stead, will join the company on May 1, 2024, and has taken advantage of her sign-on equity incentive by purchasing 500,000 shares. As part of the agreement, Janison will match her investment with an additional 500,000 shares, which will come from the company’s trust account without increasing the total share count. With over 25 years in the global education and assessment industry, Ms. Stead’s leadership is anticipated to steer Janison towards continued growth and success.
