James Halstead PLC announces board changes as Mr. Anthony Wild prepares to step down as Chairman after 23 years of service, including seven as Chairman. Mr. Mark Halstead is set to become the new Executive Chairman, while Mr. Gordon Oliver will take over as Chief Executive Officer. The reorganization will maintain a balance of three executive directors and three non-executive directors on the board.
