James Cropper plc, a leader in Advanced Materials and Paper & Packaging, announces directorate changes with Jon Yeung joining as an independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair after the September 2024 AGM. Yeung, with extensive experience in business growth and finance, is expected to contribute significantly to the company’s strategic development. Concurrently, Jim Sharp will retire from the Board after 15 years of service.
