James Cropper Chair’s Shares Transfer Unchanged

James Cropper (GB:CRPR) has released an update.

James Cropper plc, a specialist materials and paper products group, has disclosed that Mark Cropper, Non-Executive Chair, transferred 2,494 shares to his wholly-owned company MAJC Holdings Limited. Despite the transfer, Mark Cropper’s total interest in the company remains unchanged at 26.0% of the issued share capital. The Cropper family, along with the Willink and Acland families, collectively maintain a significant control over the company with a 37.9% stake.
