James Cropper plc has announced that their Non-Executive Chair, Mark Cropper, has transferred 59,980 shares to his wholly-owned company, MAJC Holdings Limited, without altering his overall interest in the company. This transaction maintains the Cropper family’s significant influence, with a combined holding of 37.9% of the company’s issued share capital. The share transfer took place off market and did not affect the price or share distribution.
