James Bay Resources Limited triumphed in a legal battle, obtaining a costs award of $309,401.91 and damages totaling $605,000 against Mak Mera Nigeria Limited and Wale Sola, according to a recent judgement by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Despite the overall victory, costs were not awarded against Mr. Sola personally due to mixed success in certain claims. The awarded costs are not final and may be subject to appeal.
