Jadestone Energy Inc ( (GB:JSE) ) has provided an announcement.
Jadestone Energy UK plc, a subsidiary of Jadestone Energy plc, has completed a heavily oversubscribed US$200 million senior secured bond issue maturing in 2031 with a 12% coupon, attracting strong Nordic and international investor demand. The company’s largest shareholder, Tyrus Capital, subscribed for US$25 million of the issue, which independent directors deemed fair and reasonable to shareholders under related-party rules.
Proceeds from the Nordic bond will refinance Jadestone’s existing reserve-based lending facility and support general corporate purposes, reinforcing the group’s balance sheet and funding flexibility. Management said the debut bond strengthens the financial foundation for pursuing growth opportunities, including advancing its Vietnam development following recent field development plan approval, with settlement expected around 14 April 2026 and a planned listing on the Nordic ABM.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:JSE) stock is a Buy with a £64.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Jadestone Energy Inc stock, see the GB:JSE Stock Forecast page.
