Jade Leader Corp. has launched a non-brokered private placement offering up to 4 million units at $0.05 each, aiming to raise up to $200,000 for the company’s working capital and jade exploration initiatives. Each unit will include one common share and a half warrant, with the warrants having an acceleration clause if the company’s stock price reaches $0.25 for ten consecutive days.
