Jade Leader Corp. has announced the successful closure of the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $135,000 through the sale of 2,700,000 units at $0.05 each, with a Warrant component that could accelerate if the stock price hits $0.25 for a sustained period. The company now plans to use the proceeds for working capital, corporate purposes, and to further its Jade exploration and marketing initiatives.
