Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. has announced the promotion of Shanon G. McLachlan to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective July 1, 2024. McLachlan, who has been with the company since 2015 and has a strong background in supporting financial institutions, will step up from his current role as Vice President and President of Credit Union Solutions. Known for his leadership without any familial ties or controversial transactions within the company, McLachlan’s appointment is anticipated to lead to a compensation review, details of which are forthcoming.
